We are Canadians who believe in our right to protect our privacy.
We began this journey, working in collaboration with a group of patients. We have formed an organization and are representing the privacy concerns of a group of 200+ patients who wish to protect the privacy rights of all patients in Ontario and throughout Canada.
The number of patients concerned with their right to privacy in Ontario is growing quickly and we have new patients reaching out to us daily.
Together, we are stronger.
Together, we can demand change of overreach with regards to private data.
Together, we can preserve our right to protect our health records and our privacy.
There are doctors in Ontario who have had their License to Practice SUSPENDED or REVOKED for demanding that YOUR records remain PRIVATE.
With that in mind, we are legally challenging the search and seizure of private, sensitive/personal information and medical records from family doctors, by the province’s medical licensing agency, The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
We stand together in our belief that any seizure of such records is abusive, unlawful, and unconstitutional if it is not legally justified.
Join us and let's do something about it - together.
